My story is simple. Girl meets Learning & Development. Girl and Learning & Development fall in love. They both identified with their power and purpose to help, serve and promote learning for others to build skill, heart and character. Every facet of Learning & Development intrigued the girl, so she pursued it relentlessly until it became her own. Corny, but true!

 

I love what I do! I value how my clients grant me permission to partner with them to explore the possibilities, navigate through challenges, and move towards their goals. My purpose on this earth is to support and serve. I’m incredibly grateful that my clients allow me the time and space to do so.

 

My coaching career spans over 15 years serving a range of professionals from junior level employees to senior executives. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, truly seeing and humbly guiding individuals to what they ultimately want and need to get unstuck, pursue extraordinary goals, and lean into their own strengths. My goal is to help them move toward their own definition of “happy” within and outside of their professional lives.

​My career in professional and leadership development spans over 20 years. I have been a leader and partner to individuals and teams with creating coaching, learning and leadership strategies. I’ve designed learning curricula, implemented customized learning programs, managed large-scale learning projects, developed creative training strategies, facilitated learning across all levels and led special initiatives to coach, educate and train employees. I have worked in several roles in my career including instructional designer, facilitator, consultant, coach, manager, and leader.

My education and credentials include Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Corporate Communications, certification as a Executive Leadership and Career Development Coach and master certification as a Presence & Delivery Coach. I have a certificate from Cornell University in Diversity & Inclusion and hold certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Intercultural Development Inventory, and DISC.
